• The typical Redwood investment opportunity will range from $500,000 to $4,000,000.
  
  
• Redwood invests in businesses that are in need of capital in order to sustain or accelerate growth through product development, market expansion, or strategic acquisitions.
  
  
• Some Redwood investments would also be considered turn-around opportunities, companies in need of a fresh start with an injection of new capital.
  
  
• Redwood concentrates its efforts on growth businesses we understand and can impact, such as companies in manufacturing, service, and distribution.

Investment Objectives

We invest in businesses to assist them in achieving their goals for growth, while realizing significant investment returns.  Investments take the form of equity or a combination of both debt and equity.

Redwood is an active investor in all its ventures, yet will not be intrusive in the daily management of the businesses in which we partner.  We provide support and valuable resources from our far-ranging business and industry contacts.  The skills of the management team of each business in which we invest are critical investment factors.  We expect management of each portfolio company to have the skills and infrastructure to operate with autonomy.

Each investment is expected to take at least three to five years to achieve investment returns.  Redwood will structure each investment with a strategy that will allow flexibility in deciding the future course of the project.
